Bullying and Nurses: Introduction

When faced with challenging situations, nurses conduct themselves according to nursing virtues and ethics. However doing the right thing can be difficult at times, for many reasons. Nurses face the threat of retaliation and unwanted conflicts on their jobs. Specifically, nurses strive to maintain integrity by overcoming their fears to speak up and challenge unethical practices.


However, bullying is common unfortunately in the nursing profession. What we want to discuss in a later blog is how nurses can react to this bullying so that their lives are comfortable  and their jobs are saved.
