The end result of being bullied in the workplace:

1. The bullied person feels that they are not heard nor respected.

2. There is a lack of team support.  

3. Civility, collegiality, and friendship are diminished on the team.

4.The bullied person may ignore, withdraw, or give in to the bully.

5. Work productivity decreases.

6. Stress levels increase.
