Does your workplace confront colleagues who are aggressive or exhibit inappropriate behaviors?
When a bully exists at your workplace, does the manager warn the bully how important it is to follow appropriate conduct, and to deal fairly with colleagues?
Does your company investigate charges of people who have felt backstabbing and manipulation?
If yes, this is not a toxic workplace. However if your organization refuses to acknowledge workplace bullying incidents and rewards colleagues who bully, then a workplace bullying culture exists on your job.
