The more empowered you are, the more you will not cave into the bully.
A bully wants you to react.The bully wants to take away your self-confidence
and make you scared.Bullies act the way they do because they seek power and feel insecure.If your manager is the bully and is barking orders-:tell your manager:
...I can understand what needs to be done, if you talk to me in a more gentle manner.
...Do you feel better now?
...Can we move forward?
...I am not sure why you are speaking to me in this manner?
...Enough!
